NYC is sponsoring the installation of three dumpster pools in Manhattan on the east side of Park Avenue between 40th and 41st Streets that will be open the first three Saturdays in August. The pools are designed by Macro-Sea and Vamos Architects and are similar to what Bill Murray dove into during his recent appearance on Letterman.
