Dan Gruchy from The Slow Mo Guys takes a water-filled soccer ball to the face at 28,000 frames per second after losing a bet to partner Gavin Free over who could shoot the wick out of a candle first.
The punishment is a revisiting of an earlier video the pair made in 2010.
