“Boy & Dog” by Tom Otterness, whose wonderful sculptures can be found all over New York City. This one is located on the base of the big clock at the 41st Street entrance to the Hilton Times Square.

Hilton Times Square Clock

Tom’s sculptures are also attached to the clock on the 42nd Street side of the Hilton Times Square.
