Dayton, Ohio graphic designer Max Fleishman and Lexington, Kentucky writer Fernando Alfonso III worked together to create an illustrated guide for The Daily Dot that features the largest dragons in fantasy films, books, television shows, and video games. Smaug from J. R. R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit, the dual-type Pokémon named Dragonite, and Balerion from George R. R. Martin‘s A Song of Ice and Fire are among the few sized-up dragons.
