‘The Y2K Family Survival Guide’, A 1999 Instructional Video Hosted by Leonard Nimoy About Y2K Preparedness
“The Y2K Family Survival Guide” is a 1999 instructional video hosted by Leonard Nimoy about preparedness for the Year 2000, or Y2K, problem. Nimoy begins by comparing the possible outcome of the Y2K bug to the fate of the mythical city of Atlantis, and then explains the nature of the problem. Much of the video is dedicated to basic survival preparedness advice like stocking food and drinkable water in case of emergency.
There was also a companion book to the video written by Avian M. Rogers with a foreword by Nimoy.
