Belgian filmmaker Matthew Vandeputte attached his Canon 5D3 to a Kessler Crane and captured some time-lapse video of a large storm forming overhead in Sydney, Australia. Vandeputte describes the process of putting the film together in a blog post.

Shooting timelapse is fun. Watching a big storm devour a city is fun. Doing both at the same time is ‘super’ fun.
