Improv Everywhere has posted photos and video of the 5th Annual Black Tie Beach Party, which took place at Coney Island on August 17th, 2014. As in years past, participants were asked to don formal attire and spend an otherwise normal day at the beach. The photos and video of the event are, as always, wonderfully surreal.
