Los Angeles writer and director Justin Dec has created “Boats,” a clever comedy short that imagines how Disney Pixar would plan an animated film to follow Cars and Planes. The piece stars Jim O’Heir from Parks & Recreation, Kevin Wu, Taylor Miller, Denver Milord, and Clancy McLain. The “Boats” theme song “Sail On” by Jesse Wiener is available to purchase online from iTunes.
