Wonderful Cephalopod-Themed Dioramas Created by Nemo Gould for Monterey Bay Aquarium “Tentacles” Exhibit

Artist Nemo Gould created a series of three cephalopod-themed dioramas using found materials featuring the cuttlefish, nautilus, and octopus for the upcoming Monterey Bay Aquarium exhibit titled “Tentacles: The Astounding Lives of Octopuses, Squid and Cuttlefishes” that opens on April 12th.

Gould’s sculptures tell important conservation stories about the impacts that pollution, overfishing and habitat destruction have on these remarkable creatures.
