Epic Arts presents the 13th Annual How Berkeley Can You Be!? this Sunday, September 28th, beginning with a bizarre parade through the streets of Berkeley (including art cars from ArtCar Fest 2008) and ending up at an all day festival at Martin Luther King Jr. Civic Center Park in downtown Berkeley.
