MOO

Our friends at MOO are launching a People-Powered Holiday Card Store on November 1st and as part of this launch they are having a Super-Duper Holiday Card Competition. You can submit your designs (up to 10 before December 1st), which will be added to the store and then four winners will be selected, one for each category (Best Selling, Best Photo, Best Non-Photo & Funniest).

The holidays are all about sharing, so we’ve developed the People-Powered Holiday Card Store, so the whole community can share their favorite Holiday-themed images and make amazing Holiday Cards that are truly one of a kind.

To launch the store we’re staging a Super-Duper Holiday Card competition and every entry to the competition will be added to the store. So, you’ll not only be in with a chance of winning a cool $2,000, you’ll also be contributing to an awesome world-first community card store.

In addition, MOO will donate $1 to Médecins Sans Frontières for every pack of Holiday Cards sold.

I’ve been invited to be one of the judges for the competition, along with Heather Champ (Flickr), Jeffrey Kalmikoff (Threadless) & Matthew Stinchcomb (Etsy).

Pretty cool – I have some great Holiday shots from Florence a few years back … maybe I’ll dig them up.

Of course, my favorite is totally non-PC.
