Pillow Fight San Francisco 2008

If you don’t live in San Francisco and missed the recent Pillow Fight action, you might still get your chance to do battle. International Pillow Fight Day 2008, a collaboration by The Urban Playground Movement, takes place on Saturday, March 22nd with Massive Pillow Fights being planned all over the world. If your city does not currently have a Pillow Fight scheduled, then you might consider organizing one and then have it add it to the list of cities.

This blog is great because it tells me about lots of cool stuff happening in the city after they’ve already happened.

Joel, it might want to re-check the post, International Pillow Fight Day 2008 is on March 22nd, in the future, not the past.

Was just joking around. I meant the local one, in SF, which I missed. Found out about it when a bunch of people on the metro were covered in feathers after it was over. I do enjoy your blog very much ;)

Joel, not only did post about it a month before the event, I then moved the blog post back to the top of the blog the week of the event. In additional to that there was more promotion of this Pillow Fight than the last two years. In fact, it was probably the most exposed “underground” event I’ve seen in years.
