HAHA. Nice. I actually meet/saw this same guy down in Key West in 2002. http://www.flickr.com/photos/codehooligans/291886692/in/set-72157594365723527/

The dog, cat and rat were very well trained and quite funny. When the rat would fall of the cat the dog would stop and not move a muscle. The dude would pick up the rat place it onto the cat and off they went down Duval St.

This is so cool! I love saying it, “a dog, a cat and a rat”! Brilliant! Why CAN’T we all just get along?!
