does anyone happen to know a futuristic movie in which a couple plans to reforest a planet that has lost all trace of vegetation, , , in this world people use their time as credit. There is a scene were the woman dies because she runs out of time after a mistake or a gamble in a bar.

i saw this movie about 10 years ago and have been looking for it ever since?

any hints, please let me know if u know this movie.
