In this video, Intuitive Aerial flies a drone in first person using the Oculus Rift virtual reality headset. Using its two cameras, the drone records video and sends it to the laptop where it’s compressed and formatted for the Oculus Rift in real time with a latency of about 120 ms. You can read more about the project at the Intuitive Aerial blog.
