At TED 2011, Google offered demonstration rides around a closed course in their infamous self-driving cars. Danny Sullivan of Search Engine Land was one such lucky passenger, and as is clearly apparent in his videos (in-car and watching the action), Google engineers tuned the programming to getaway driver mode. The stability control alarm on the poor little Prius is wailing for much of the course. Awesome.
