Amazing Italian man, Silvio Sabba, is back at it again and this time he set a Guinness World Record for pulling on the most pairs of underpants in 30 seconds. Sabba began the challenge, of course, wearing a single pair of underwear and then managed to hop into 13 more pairs before his time ran out.
