Cartoonist Bill Griffith, creator of the Zippy the Pinhead comic strip, recently posted photos of wonderful Halloween costumes of a Doggie Diner head and Zippy. The iconic Doggie Diner dog sign, which we have written about many times over the years, was featured in Zippy the Pinhead comics back in 2000. The costumes were created by Mike Hinton and Sara Cambridge.
