“The Modern Motorcycle Diaries” is a video that documents the ambitious Pan-American motorcycle journey of Alex Chacón, from his hometown in Texas, to the southern tip of South America, to Alaska—a 75,000 mile adventure that took him over 500 days to complete. From the journey’s start in November 2010, Chacón meticulously documented his experiences in photos and a series of videos. He also used the trip to raise funds for Children of Uganda.
