‘Tempest Vermilion’, A Gorgeous Time-Lapse Video of Arizona’s Unique Natural Landscapes

“Tempest Vermilion” is a short video created by filmmakers Gavin Heffernan and Harun Mehmedinovic for BBC Earth that features gorgeous time-lapse video of the Vermilion Cliffs National Monument in Arizona set to the music of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. The short is part of the larger Skyglow project, which explores landscapes in the United States unaffected by light pollution, including the recent short “Wavelight.”
