Robert Downey Jr. Presents a Seven-Year-Old Kid With an ‘Iron Man’-Style, 3D-Printed Prosthetic Arm

As part of the Collective Project sponsored by Microsoft OneNote, actor Robert Downey Jr. met up with Alex, a seven-year-old boy born with a partially developed right arm, to present an Iron Man-style prosthetic, complete with a glowing hand repulsor. The arm was created by Albert Manero, an engineering student who has been 3D printing affordable prosthetics for children like Alex. Downey Jr. couldn’t help but express a bit of jealously after their respective arms were unboxed.

Actually, I think yours might be better than mine.

Thanks, Scott Devaney!
