Paul Feig, known for his television series Freaks and Geeks and his Oscar-nominated film Bridesmaids, is now set to direct Sony‘s upcoming Ghostbusters reboot film alongside writer Katie Dippold. Both Feig and Dippold worked together in the past on the film The Heat.
According to Hollywood Reporter, Feig plans on taking the reboot in a new direction by making it “very scary” and casting a group of “hilarious women“. The release of the film is currently unknown.
