Old Maps Online is a site that allows users to easily find digitized historical maps from libraries and other archival sources. The site’s search function is based on Google Maps—users can simply search for a location or region and relevant map results are listed. Old Maps Online is a collaboration between the University of Portsmouth in the UK and Klokan Technologies in Switzerland.
