Jewelbots are a line of Arduino friendship bracelets created to get girls excited about learning to code. The bracelets feature some out-of-the-box functionality like alerting the wearer to nearby friends and the ability to send secret messages.
Users can also take advantage of the open source nature of the Jewelbots line and the Arduino IDE to program them to do a much wider range of things through coding.
The creators of Jewelbots have launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds to bring the devices to market.
