This week, leading 3D printing (additive manufacturing) companies will converge at the Javits Center in New York City for the Inside 3D Printing Conference & Expo, which takes place April 2-4. The event is one of eight Media Bistro-run conferences carrying the title. Between now and the end of the year, satellite shows will be held in Sao Paulo, Seoul, Melbourne, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Santa Clara and Milan, with a Singapore event scheduled for early next year. The conference is a combination exhibition of industrial and consumer-facing technologies and a series of seminars exploring relevant issues from intellectual property to 3D printed firearms and food.
