Indian Cook Tosses Naan Bread Dough Like a Frisbee as Part of the Preparation Process

Barcroft Media highlights the unusual workflow of baker V. Sathyaraj at the Baskar Hotel in Tamil Nadu, India, who tosses naan bread dough like a frisbee to his coworker 20 feet away, who then drops it into the oven. On an average day, the pair make around 350 naans.
