Google has announced Google+ a new collection of social tools by the searchmasters at Google. Google+ is currently undergoing a closed beta, but Google has posted an online demo as well as a video-rich overview of the new tools.

+Circles is a social organizing tool that divides friends into user-defined social groups.

+Sparks is an online sharing engine that searches for content based on subjects selected by the user.

+Hangouts is a multi-person video conferencing service for casual meetups.

+Mobile is an app that features a variety of functions: instant photo uploading to Google’s cloud, location tagging, and +Huddle, a group chatting service.
