Giant Keyboard Made of Figurines of Internet Users Warns of Isolation Due to Internet Addiction

To encourage Internet users in China to spend less time online and more time with their families, non-profit organization Family Care for Grassroots Community created The Keyboard of Isolation, an outdoor advertisement featuring 115 figurines of actual Chinese Internet users, each isolated in a glass bottle, and arranged to form a giant computer keyboard. The 16-foot-wide installation was placed in an electronics mall, as well as outdoor plazas, hotels, and metro stations. The ad was produced by Chinese ad agency DDB China back in 2011.
