Artist Uses iPad to Create Finger Painting of ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’

Japanese artist Seikou Yamaoka used an iPad mini to create this remarkable finger painting of Johannes Vermeer’s “Girl with a Pearl Earring.” This making-of time-lapse shows Yamaoka’s five hour process using the Art Studio app. Yamaoka has more digital art and traditional watercolors on his site.
