London-based artist Zack Mclaughlin uses paper, resin, and acrylic paint to create beautifully lifelike bird sculptures. The bird’s bodies are cast from resin while the wings and tails are made of paper. Once the sculpture is assembled, Mclaughlin painstakingly hand-paints the bird’s plumage in acrylic paint. The sculptures are available for purchase at his Etsy store.
