Anna Kendrick Reenacts a Scene From ‘Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade’ in a Comedy Sketch for Red Nose Day

Actress and singer Anna Kendrick recently reenacted a classic scene from the 1989 film Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade in a comedy sketch from NBC for Red Nose Day, a television fundraising event where mass media and celebrities help raise awareness and money children living in poverty around the world. Kendrick does a fantastic job of getting into character as “Indianna Jones” and throwing out a few jokes while choosing the correct holy grail to drink from.

The Red Nose Day USA Live Benefit will air on Friday May 21, 2015 at 8 PM EST on NBC.

In the U.K., Red Nose Day has been going for 25 years and is an inspiring cultural phenomenon that unites people from all walks of life in the interest of saving and changing lives across the globe. With superstar presenters and comedians, original sketch comedy, hilarious film parodies, one-off sitcom reunions and amazing musical performances, it’s no wonder that this program has been the one of the BBC’s highest-rated Friday night shows for many years. Best of all, it’s raised more than $1 billion in donations so far, and shows no signs of slowing down.
