An enormous flock of starlings forms mesmerizing, ever-shifting shapes in a video shot earlier in January in the province of Utrecht in the Netherlands by Alpaca Media. Back in 2011 we posted about another video, shot in Ireland, of a similarly impressive flock–flocks of starlings are also known as “murmurations.”
