An Artist Uses a Webcam and ‘NeuralTalk’ Code to Identify Things on City Streets in a Real-Time Video Feed

NeuralTalk and Walk” is a video by artist and coder Kyle McDonald created by running a modified version of the NeuralTalk neural network image captioner code by Andrej Karpathy on an open laptop and walking the streets. The computer tries to identify objects seen by the camera in real-time as McDonald moves around busy streets.
