A Tower Climber Makes His Way to the Top of a 1,500-Foot Television Antenna in South Dakota

Prairie Aerial shot some lovely footage of tower climber Kevin Schmidt making his way to the top of the inactive 1,500-foot KDLT television tower near Salem, South Dakota. Once he’s reached the top, Schmidt takes a moment to soak in his peaceful surroundings and, naturally, snap a selfie. TV towers rank amongst the largest manmade structures in the world.
