A Tour of a 90 Square Foot Apartment in Manhattan

Back in 2009 we posted about The Smallest Apartment in New York City, a 175 square foot studio shared by two people and their cats. But writer and artist Felice Cohen lives in half the space. Kirsten Dirksen of Fair Companies visited with Cohen who took her on a tour of her tiny 90-square-foot microstudio on the Upper West Side that goes for $700/month. Highlights include a toaster that doubles as banana storage, and a bathroom reminiscent of an airliner lavatory.
