Back in 2009 we posted about The Smallest Apartment in New York City, a 175 square foot studio shared by two people and their cats. But writer and artist Felice Cohen lives in half the space. In “Simple life Manhattan: a 90-square-foot microstudio” by Kirsten Dirksen, Cohen takes us on a tour of her tiny $700/month Upper West Side apartment. Highlights include a toaster that doubles as banana storage, and a bathroom reminiscent of an airliner lavatory.
