A Staggering Number of Squid Swarm a Fishing Boat Off the Coast of Southern California

San Diego-based commercial fisher Antonio Villasenor captured video of a staggering number of squid swarming a fishing boat off the coast of La Jolla, California back in 2010. According to Villasenor, the squid were nesting when the crew flipped on 20 football-sized lights, sending the cephalopods into a frenzy.
