A Security Camera Captures Lightning Striking a Tree, Sending Branches Flying at a Texas School

A security camera at Bishop Thomas K. Gordon Catholic School in Tyler, Texas captured the moment lightning struck a tree on January 21, 2016. Smoke and branches exploded across the school’s prayer garden as the tree was hit.
