The first episode of the new AWE Me series Epic How To provides a practical guide about how to best increase the chances of winning an Oscar by focusing on the categories with the best odds. Although animated features have a one-in-four chance of being nominated, Epic How To recommends creating a short documentary which has one-in-eight odds of being nominated. The video also explains the process by which films are nominated and voted on by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences.
