A Clever 3D-Printed Bird Feeder That Mounts to a Window

3D-Printed Bird Feeder by Printednest

Printednest is an international group of designers and architects that is developing a 3D-printed bird feeder for urban environments. The bird feeder, currently in its fourth beta, has a perforated egg-shaped form and an antler-like perch on the front. It is designed to mount to a flat surface, particularly windows–an opening in the back offers a view inside the feeder. The Printednest project is entirely open source so anyone is free to print a feeder of their own. The feeders can also be purchased the old-fashioned way.
