‘Find a Fish’, The Classic Surreal Intermission Sketch From Monty Python’s 1983 Film ‘The Meaning of Life’
The Official Monty Python YouTube Channel has posted “Find a Fish,” the classic and utterly surreal intermission scene from the comedy troupe’s 1983 film The Meaning of Life, in which a trio of bizarre characters implore the audience to find a hidden fish. The film was the last to feature all six members of the troupe (Graham Chapman passed away in 1989), with each appearing in the final moments of the sketch as fish in an aquarium. The Meaning of Life is scheduled to be screened at the Tribeca Film Festival Python Celebration in New York City on April 26, 2015.
