‘Hyperjump’, A Synchronized Audiovisual Display in a Soviet-Era Gymnasium in Saint Petersburg, Russia
In the 2014 light installation Hyperjump, 25 moving lights projected synchronized beams of light within a cavernous Soviet-era gymnasium housed in a 19th century hall at Saint Petersburg State University in Russia. The lights were synced to music, creating an immersive audiovisual effect for viewers. The installation was created by Saint Petersburg-based art collective Tundra.
