‘Rat Queens’, A Sass and Sorcery Comic Featuring Four Women Kicking Butt During Fantasy Adventures

Rat Queens is a sass and sorcery comic published by Image Comics featuring four women kicking butt during fantasy adventures written by Kurtis J. Wiebe with art by Roc Upchurch. The comic follows the trials and tribulations of Hannah, Dee, Violet, and Betty as they deal with sex, drugs, and very angry monsters. Variety recently reported that Weta Workshop‘s Pukeko Pictures and Heavy Metal have teamed up to adapt Rat Queens into an animated television series.
