Demolishing a 1960s Era Power Plant With 450 Pounds of Dynamite

Florida Power & Light Co. demolishes its 1960s-era Port Everglades Power Plant in Fort Lauderdale using 450 pounds of dynamite in this video captured by Claude Raw Glam. The plant was demolished to make way for the Next Generation Clean Energy Center, which is expected to be up and running in 2016.
