YouTube Adds Slow Motion Effect For YouTube Videos

YouTube has added a new Slowmo effect that allows users to create slow motion version of their videos by using the Enhancements tool or the YouTube Editor. The effect currently allows users to slow their videos to half speed, quarter speed, and eighth speed.
