I had a huge bag full of those once… Let's see, I was seven or eight years old, then…

I’m trying to do something like this for a church play. Can’t find a spray paint that will work on a rain suit. Either comes very sticky or rubs off. Any suggestions out there?

Does anyone know how he got all the paint to match? it looks like he actually used spray paint for his face because of how shiny it is and how it doesnt look like its wearing off. Also did he just color match the spray paint and then paint the tarps? I’m looking to do this as a costume.
