Pancake Pops, Silver Dollar Pancakes on a Lollipop Stick

Melissa at No. 2 Pencil has concocted a recipe for Pancake Pops, cute silver dollar pancakes on a stick. She used Wilton six inch lollipop sticks and a homemade pancake recipe to create these delicious-looking breakfast lollipops.
