Night Life Reprogrammed

I’ve been watching the New York tech scene come back around in recent years and it was really noticeable when we had our Laughing Squid NYC Drinkup in April. Today’s Fashion & Style section of the New York Times features an article by Allen Salkin on this reemergence “Night Life Reprogrammed”. The article highlights last Thursday’s Ignite NYC + NYC Soldering Championship and includes many of our friends from the NYC tech scene.

The article features a slide show narrated by Nick Bilton, co-founder of NYC Resistor.

It also outs one of my favorite NYC bars Burb Castle, which was introduced to me by the guys from Blip.tv. I make it a point to stop by there whenever I visit.
