Just a reminder that Ignite SF, a series of 5 minute geek talks hosted by Brady Forrest of O’Reilly Media (see my previous post), takes place this Tuesday, October 16th at the DNA Lounge in San Francisco. Speakers include Chicken John, Violet Blue, Annalee Newitz, Tara Hunt, Susan Wu, Ian Kallen and several others.

thanks very, very much for the update; I’m a little miffed they didn’t include me in any of the lineup publicity, especially since I tried to get out of it (for reasons of self-overbooked insanity), and they wouldn’t let me…
