A Vintage 1912 Waltz Version of Cyndi Lauper’s 1983 Song ‘Girls Just Want to Have Fun’ by Postmodern Jukebox

Pop music cover band Postmodern Jukebox and vocalist Robyn Adele Anderson performs a vintage 1912 waltz version of the 1983 song “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” originally performed by Cyndi Lauper. The song is currently available to purchase online from iTunes.

Some of you may already know that I contributed a few musical arrangements to the game ‘Bioshock Infinite‘. The cover of “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” that appears in the game was actually done by James Bonney, the music supervisor that found me online years ago and hired me for the game. So, as my way of saying thank you to Jim, Ken Levine, and the rest of the team at Irrational Games, here’s my arrangement of Jim’s waltz arrangement of the Cyndi Lauper 80’s classic.
