BART crosses the Golden Gate Bridge (1961)

A couple of weeks ago Burrito Justice came across a wonderful 1961 General Electric (GE) ad scanned by Eric Fisher showing a future BART system crossing the Golden Gate bridge. Here are more of Eric’s scans of San Francisco transit.

Funny. That vision of the future came true at California Adventure where the Monorail crosses the Disney version of the G.G. Bridge.
